1. Acceptance
By connecting a Facebook account to RampsBD Page Manager you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect the App.
2. What the App does
The App lets an authorised administrator publish, schedule and review content, comments, messages and insights for Facebook Pages they already administer, from a single interface.
3. Your responsibilities
- Connect only Pages you own or are authorised to manage.
- Keep your Facebook credentials and any App login secure.
- Ensure the content you publish complies with the Facebook Community Standards, Meta’s Platform Terms and applicable law.
- Do not use the App to send spam, harass people, or misrepresent who you are.
4. Availability
The App depends on the Facebook Graph API. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, API changes, rate limits or actions taken by Meta. We provide the App “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RampsBD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App, including lost reach, lost revenue or content removed by Meta.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access that breaches these terms or Meta’s policies. You may stop using the App at any time by removing it in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
7. Data
Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy; deletion is described on the Data Deletion page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
