This policy explains what RampsBD Page Manager (“the App”, “we”) collects when you connect your Facebook account, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed. The App is operated by RampsBD, Rajshahi, Bangladesh.
Who the App is for
The App is an internal tool used by RampsBD and its clients to publish and monitor content on Facebook Pages that they already own or administer. It is not a consumer social network and it does not create a public profile for you.
What we collect
- Facebook account identifiers — your Facebook user ID, name and profile picture, obtained through Facebook Login when you choose to connect.
- Access tokens — the user access token and the Page access tokens for the Pages you select, so the App can act on those Pages on your behalf.
- Page content and metrics — posts, comments, messages and insights belonging to the Pages you connect, retrieved through the Facebook Graph API.
- Application logs — timestamps of API calls and errors, used for troubleshooting.
We do not collect your Facebook password. We do not access your personal timeline, friends list, private photos or any Page you have not explicitly connected.
How we use it
- To publish, schedule, edit and delete posts on the Pages you connect.
- To read comments and messages on those Pages so they can be answered from one place.
- To show engagement and reach statistics for those Pages.
- To keep the App working — diagnosing errors and preventing abuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Sharing
Data is shared only with Meta Platforms (as required to operate the Facebook Graph API), with the hosting provider that runs our servers, and where the law compels disclosure. No other third party receives it.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers controlled by RampsBD, protected by HTTPS in transit. Access tokens and cached Page content are kept only while your account remains connected, and are deleted within 30 days of you disconnecting the App or requesting deletion.
Your choices
- Disconnect at any time from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites; the App immediately loses access.
- Request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to the address below.
- Follow the steps on our Data Deletion page to have everything erased.
Children
The App is not directed at anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly retain data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
