You can have every piece of data RampsBD Page Manager holds about you erased. There are two steps — the first cuts off access immediately, the second removes what is already stored.
Step 1 — Disconnect the App
- Open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find RampsBD Page Manager in the list.
- Choose Remove.
Facebook revokes our access tokens at once, so the App can no longer read or post anything on your behalf.
Step 2 — Request erasure of stored data
Email mahi@rampsbd.com with the subject Data deletion request and include the Facebook account name (or user ID) and the Pages that were connected.
We confirm the request, delete the stored tokens, cached Page content and logs associated with that account, and reply when it is done — within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- User and Page access tokens.
- Cached posts, comments, messages and insights retrieved for your Pages.
- Your Facebook user ID, name and profile picture as stored by the App.
- Application logs referencing your account.
Content that lives on Facebook itself — your Pages and their posts — is not affected; deleting App data never deletes your Facebook content.
